EHC: FAQ

Can I still register at short notice?

Yes, registrations are possible at any time via the congress website. You can only register for the whole congress. There are no day tickets available.

What is the entrance process? What documents do I need to bring with me?

The EHC takes place at the Centre Conventions International Barcelona, Plaça de Willy Brandt, 11-14 | Entrance B. Please have your QR code ready for self-check-in (which you will receive about one week in advance to the congress if all outstanding amounts have been settled). Scan the code at one of the self-check-in counters and your badge will be printed automatically. If you have not received a QR code, please use the check-in counters.

Please wear your name badge at any time during the congress.

Is there a cloakroom?

There is a cloakroom located in the foyer. You are also welcome to leave small luggage there. Please note that Conventus accepts no liability for the cloakroom.

Is there a programme booklet?

While checking-in we will provide you with a pocket guide containing the most important information. The whole programme is available online as well as in the congress app.

Is there a congress app?

The EHC will provide you with a free congress app. Further information will be provided soon.

Is there free WiFi?

Free WiFi is available within the whole venue.

Where can I charge my mobile devices?

The FHE booth provides a free charging lounge. Please refer to the booth plan to find the exact location.

Where do I hand in my presentation?

The media centre is located in room 120 next to the teaching course rooms. Please hand in your presentation the day before or at least two hours before the start of the respective session. You can find further information here.

Where can I find something to eat and drink?

There will be catering stations in the exhibition area.

Where can I find the industry exhibition, which companies are currently exhibiting?

The industry exhibition is located on level P1. You will find an overview of the exhibiting companies in the pocket guide, in the congress app and on our congress website.

Are there any industry symposia/workshops?

The industry partners are providing different sessions while the congress. Please find an overview here.

Where does the get together take place?

You are kindly invited to the get together within the industry exhibition on 6 December from 19:15.

Where does the closing ceremony take place?

The closing and award ceremony will take place on 9 December between 12:30–13:00 in the plenary hall.

Is the event certified?

An application has been submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) for European CME credits.

How do I get my certificates?

Please scan your badge daily. Your general certificates will be sent automatically at the end of each congress day. CME certificates will be sent after the congress once you filled in the evaluation form.

Can I also participate online?

You have the possibility to participate in the congress online.
If you register for the on-site congress, you will also receive login details for the virtual congress to have access to the on demand content.

Is the congress content also available on demand?

If there are no interferences, the congress content will be available on demand until 31 January 2024 (teaching courses excluded).

Will there be an abstract booklet?

All presented abstracts will be published in the Journal of Headache and Pain.

How do I receive an invitation letter.

Invitation letters will be provided once your registration is finalised and all open amounts are settled. Please reach out to registration@conventus.de to request your personal letter.
