The European Headache Congress (EHC) is hosted at the Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam, located at Beursplein 37, Meent 110, 3011 AA Rotterdam. To expedite your entry process, kindly ensure you have your QR code ready for self-check-in. This QR code will be sent to you approximately one week prior to the congress, provided all outstanding amounts have been settled. Simply scan the code at one of the self-check-in counters, and your badge will be printed automatically. If you haven't received a QR code, please proceed to the information counters for assistance.

Please make sure you wear your name badge at any time during the congress.

You'll find a cloakroom conveniently situated in the foyer area. Feel free to utilize it for storing your coats and small luggage during your visit. Please note that Conventus accepts no liability for the cloakroom.

As you check-in, we'll hand you a handy pocket guide with all the key details you need. But don't worry if you misplace it—everything you need to know is also available online and through our congress app.

Exciting news! The EHC's free congress app will be available for both iOS and Android users. We will launch the app in June already!

The media center is in the "Veder room" right next to the breakout room 1, offering a relaxed yet functional space. Feel free to submit your presentation either the day before or at least two hours prior to your session. Stay tuned for more updates!

Catering stations will be located throughout the exhibition area for your enjoyment.

The industry exhibition is situated on the main level for easy access. For a comprehensive overview of the exhibiting companies, refer to the pocket guide, congress app, or our congress website. You'll find all the details you need at your fingertips.

The closing ceremony of the EHC 2024 will take place in the plenary hall on the last congress day.

An application has been submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) for European CME credits.

Don't forget to scan your badge daily. Your general certificates will be automatically sent at the end of each congress day. For CME certificates, simply fill in the corresponding evaluation form, and they will be sent to you after the congress.

You have the option to participate in the congress online as well. If you register for the on-site congress, you will also receive login details for the virtual congress, granting you access to the on-demand content and also to the livestreams.

If there are no interferences, the congress content will be available on demand until 31 January 2025 (teaching courses excluded).

All presented abstracts will be published in the Journal of Headache and Pain.
