The choice of software to create your ePoster is basically up to you. Please note the following technical requirements:
- File type – Upload as PDF
- Format – 16:9 Landscape
- Number of pages – 1 slide
- Please note the poster ID clearly legible in red in the top right corner of the ePoster

If you are unable to be on-site to present your ePoster, please make a short recording of your ePoster and upload it. The recording should not be longer than 3 minutes. Please upload the video in mp4 format. We would like to advise you that your video will only be used for on-demand and not for an on-site presentation.
