Conventus does not work with any external company in relation to your travel planning or congress registration and distances oneself from such e-mails. 

Conventus has taken the highest possible precautions regard to data protection and the handling of personal data of all congress participants. 

Correspond only directly with the hotels you have found on the congress website or in person. If hotel bookings are made via Conventus, correspondence will always take place via e-mail addresses ending in @conventus.de.
