Welcome to the vibrant city of Berlin for a special edition of the European Headache Congress (EHC26). In 2026, the EHC proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary, and we are delighted to mark this important milestone together with YOU. EHC26 will honour the spirit and achievements of previous congresses of the European Headache Federation, while offering its own distinctive and forward-looking perspective.

“Walls Come Down” is the guiding theme of this year’s congress, reflecting both Berlin’s remarkable history and our shared commitment to breaking barriers in headache research and clinical practice. The congress will open with groundbreaking and clinically meaningful research in a secondary headache disorder, setting the stage for a dynamic exchange of ideas across basic science and clinical research – enriched by real-world data and your own valuable clinical expertise.
