The 17th European Headache Congress in Barcelona was also an outstanding experience for everybody who attended. From 6 to 9 December, we were able to welcome all participants to beautiful Barcelona shortly before the end of the year.
At this year's Headache Congress, we once again achieved outstanding attendance figures and were able to establish the EHC's position as the leading congress in the field of headache in Europe. In addition to numerous participants from Europe, America and Asia, we were also able to welcome a large number of participants from South America.
Overall, we were once again able to increase the number of participants on site and welcomed more than 1900 participants in Barcelona and 295 online.

The 16th European Headache Congress in Vienna was a total success. After two years in which the congress of the European Headache Federation could only take place virtually, it was finally held as hybrid congress from 7 to 10 December 2022.
The congress took place in Vienna and was fully accessible online from all over the world. For the first time in the history of the Headache Congress we were able to combine both worlds of digital and on-site implementation. More than 1.500 participants in Vienna and about 300 registered online participants were able to follow the numerous lectures and posters on the topic "Moving to a headache-les future".
